Personal Background

Nini moved to the San Francisco Bay Area thirty-six years ago with her husband and mother, and shortly thereafter added a daughter to the family. A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, she loves traveling to her old home, as well as visiting new places all over the world. Nini is aware of the importance of quality education and availability of family activities when her clients are purchasing homes. She has always been involved in the education and activities of her own family, here and in Argentina. Nini volunteered at both St. Simon Elementary School in Los Altos and St. Francis High School in Mountain View. Because of her community involvement, Nini has a strong awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. She knows the schools, the neighborhoods, and the benefits of living in the community. When she's not serving her neighbors or clients, Nini enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and spending time with her family.

Professional Experience

Nini Abdala has been a committed, full-time Bay Area Real Estate agent since 1986. After graduating from the Catholic University in Buenos Aires with Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, Nini was a CPA prior to becoming a real estate agent. Her background and previous professional experience have given her unique insight into the financial benefits of real estate investment and have helped with important skills relating to communication, statistical analysis and negotiation, all of which are vital to the success of her clients today.
